Canning roast beef
Beef roast (cooked in the crockpot for 24 hours, then shredded)
3 oz
of roast in each jar
3 oz diced potatoes
2 oz diced carrots
diced onion
1/4 tsp canning salt
1/4 tsp thyme
homemade beef stock
1 inch head space. Pressure can at 15 lbs for 90 minutes.
